We also work with Rooster Run Foundation at the property providing all of the animal husbandry and medical care.
It is fun for sure - the animals of all sorts remind us that humor is the best medicine.
We are always learning about life and that's what sets us apart.
We read the people, the horses, the environment and start asking questions.
We try hard not to assume.
We are looking primarily for weekend and some weekday ranch help.
Primarily pm shift availability.
The work is very variable and the days are long but soooo rewarding.
The ideal candidate will have some animal experience, a bonus for some construction and fence building experience.
Our culture is based on freedom and responsibility.
AIM is a place where you drop your past experiences at the door and give your 100%.
The animals ask you to do that - to give your all - and in the meantime learn a ton about yourself and about them.
